Mr. Romance

SirMoby 09-14-2006 08:15 AM

Location?

Big_D 09-14-2006 08:19 AM

nice place pal

AssPirate 09-14-2006 08:19 AM

Unless you live with a large family, do you really need that much space? Don't you find that apartment a little too self-indulgent?

But the place looks really tasteful. Just awfully rich for my taste.

georgeyw 09-14-2006 08:24 AM

Looks nice, but i've never really understood the reasoning behind plonking furniture in the middle of a big room with nothing else. Just wasted space, unless of course you are planning on running around doing handstands?

BluewireAngie 09-14-2006 08:29 AM

CoOl pad! Kitchen is good! I love the red carpet. Perfect place! :)

I like a lot of space like that, I like to be extravagant and self indulgent and wasteful. Also lots of spare room to exercise.

I also like the white couch in there, but I think I'm too dirty for a white couch, it would probably turn brown in a month if I had it :(

Jizar II 09-14-2006 08:37 AM

it looks ok but it seems a bit like they didn't know if it was supposed to be a true minimalistic place or just 'cheap empty' furnitures

Big_D 09-14-2006 08:39 AM

nice place pal

sickkittens 09-14-2006 08:44 AM

Looks decent. All depends on location, though.

Vegas Ken 09-14-2006 08:49 AM

Nice Pad. Almost looks like a showroom that no has lived in. I need my place to be that clean.

Jollyjoe 09-14-2006 08:51 AM

Very nice place there bud:thumbsup
Sex is all I expect when I bring chics back to my place.

You don't like to be serenaded?

Are you going to tell us where it is?

8ball 09-14-2006 09:05 AM

awesome pad.
tell the city already

KingK7 09-14-2006 09:06 AM

I am willing to bet my left nut this is in some 3rd world shithole you could not pay anyone enough to want to live in.

Judging by the other posts this guy has made, I'd say Turkey at BEST.

Cost a tonne too.
That said, I got rid of the ones in our house and sold them (14) to a dealer because I couldn't be arsed painting them. Got 2 grand for them, enough to pay for more stylish flat aluminum ones. Still, the alu ones cool down quickly after the boiler stops...the cast iron keep hot for hours.

Nice apt btw. Beirut?

Axeman 09-14-2006 11:35 AM

Yeah I have a feeling we wont ever hear the city. Probably not a real price for this place.

sharp 09-14-2006 11:48 AM

nice ass apt!

Sosa 09-14-2006 11:49 AM

looks pretty nice but damn that is white!

fhgmaster 09-14-2006 12:05 PM

Looks nice. Never thought Canada would be that cheap.

Where I live, something like this would be > 200k

Z 09-14-2006 12:30 PM

I wouldn't live anywhere that needs heaters. So...enjoy it!

:-)

I already said where it is. :pimp

And it might not be New York or London, but it's a good looking city with all services. :) A lot better than most of the places I know in Spain. :1orglaugh Maybe you are just jeaulous, because you must pay 10 times more for a pretty awfull place. :pimp That's because Europe is small and you don't have enough land. America is cheap because we are 10 times bigger than Europe. And Spain is just a small country in Europe, similar in size as a French-Canadian province. :1orglaugh

No offence meant, but that small country in Europe, similar in size as a French-Canadian province has exported its culture and language to one third of the worldwide population; chances are that you are European yourself, by origing, except if you are an indigenous native...
About the apartment, looks really nice, about the architecture, but the way it is furnished looks really boring to me: it looks like the owner is someone getting undressed (but socks) and folding his clothes carefully while the lady he brought there is horny, in bed, ready to get laid...
Come on, make it cosy and let it look like someone is living, in there!

Great price, anyway! Enjoy it!

Sabrina

I know ;) And take in mind most of the furnitures I have were exposed for the first time in Barcelona 70 years ago. (Bauhaus) :winkwink:

I was just answering his message, the same way he did with me. :thumbsup

crockett 09-14-2006 06:17 PM

Looks ok but I don't like the kitchen or the bedroom set up they are way too open looking.. looks more like just some place to shoot some content at rather than a house to live in.

Doesn't have the feel of a home IMO

still not a bad price though depending on where it's located.

iac 09-14-2006 06:19 PM

damn, 90K?
90k won't even buy you a toilet cubicle in some countries
but thats a great place, great for entertaining,
for 90K, i wouldnt even think twice

shermo 09-14-2006 06:43 PM

Love the minimalism... That's how I like to live. That's a steal for $90k depending on the city.

MetaMan 09-14-2006 06:48 PM

why do you not just say the city from the beginning??

you are a stupid annoying french fuck.

iwantchixx 09-14-2006 06:54 PM

no offense, but that's ugly

Are you sure? I think I violated your mom yesterday with other 4 guys, we made a gangbang and she told me to not make it loudly, because you were sleeping in the other room. :pimp

Stay with your mom, loser, while I enjoy my apart. :winkwink:

were you that drunk? how does your asshole feel? kinda gay like your apartment?

BaldBastard 09-14-2006 09:16 PM

Same sort of place would be fetching 5-700k here in Sydney.

corvette 09-14-2006 09:31 PM

that place is tight

E$_manager 09-14-2006 09:36 PM

The second pic and the kitchen are marvelous.

SteppenWolf 09-14-2006 11:05 PM

BS!

That place it's in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
It's not in the city center and it's not 90k... but above $200k.

You took the pics from: apartmentsba.com/apartment-rentals-1/palermo-soho-viejo-hollywood-82/PS1-p322/

A luxury apts. rental company.
Hey, the rent per month on that one alone its $4200...

Never lie in GFY, someone will always catch you :)

lol ... truer words have never been spoken ... :1orglaugh :thumbsup

cutievids 09-14-2006 11:28 PM

Canada's rent isn't much cheaper than anywhere else, in fact for what you get it's probably more.

Seeing and hearing this was in Canada I almost wanted to relocate for a bit there. It's not spectacular but for $90k you can't go wrong.

I don't get it. You post pics here and lie about them, what's the point?!?!??! So you tell people online you own something you don't, where's the fun in that it's pathetic.
