Absolutely brilliant... not in an IQ capacity, but in a business sense. And even then, not necessarily in what he can pulll off himself. His brilliance shines in who he hires. I've talked to him a few times, and didn't find him to be extraordinary... and I don't think he's really worth looking up to as a person... but as a team leader, there aren't very many people who can match him in this industry.
