Our first Paysite - give me some comments pls

Our first paysite is online (BETA) and I would love to get your comments.

- Do you like/hate the design?
- Do you like/hate the photography?
- How about the girls?
- Should we make an english version (it's german now)?
- Would you promote it, if we start an affiliate programm?

Its loading really slow and I'm not really feelin the lady logo on the upper left. With the domain name I thought I was going to see a bunch of reality content with girls partying, not your standard nude model site. Why did you watermark over the pussy on the free pics with "2257", the surfer has no clue what that means, try "join now". I don't know German, but that definitely isn't a standard tour design, just appears to be way too much free content.

English woud be sweet. Girls look great though, and when i read german i was concerned at first but was delightfully impressed. No strange shit.

why does that model in the logo look so familiar in that pose? liek ive seen it some where before liek a mainstream ad tho??

anyway...
tour layout i'm not really diggin it - i cant read german so it dont help but i'd try to spread the text out more and i dont like the 2257 on the pink bits

also with a name like oktoberfest it should be girls with big stein mug beers inhand or sumthin

The 2257 is a joke our graphics guy did. This will go away, when we go out with the site.

Regarding the standart tour design: we tried to go away from it.

Little more translations: we offer under the buttons: a competition to join one of our photoshoots (we did this with Penthouse/Germany allready and it worked well), Photography workshops, anouncing our Members board, where they can ask for models or special shootings and we let the surfer know, that we dont have popups, viruses, etc and put an emphasis on support.

The idea was more to have the girls in dirndls and bavarian settings. Little less obvious, but maybe we have to be more direct.

I didn't like the design at all. And it's loading pretty slow over here.

Another critic is that the domain has nothing to do with the site! WTF! I'd expect to see a bunch of naked drunk babes at least...

Change the site to English, start an affiliate program so other people promote your site too, change your payment processor to something well known in the industry (CCBill) and you probably want to change that design too. If you can afford it, maybe go with NATS right from the start.

I think glamour style is fine, but IMHO skinny girls just don't fit the cliche of Oktoberfest. Don't get me wrong - Anetta Keys (I've spotted her a couple times on your site) is a fine girl, but I just can't imagine her carrying 6 Maß of beer...

Well, we are starting up. And in terms of numbers of pics/vids we have a couple of thousand pics and shoot constantly new content, but we wont be able to compete (in sheer numbers) with the big guys, who can throw 200+ models and 50000+ pics at you. Vids will be added soon anyway.

Do what he said and get a new domain also that better matches your content. If you're going to spend that much money shooting exclusive content, don't half ass the rest of the project.
