soo much sodium in canned soup. there is way too much sodium in just about everything thats pre-packaged, pre-cooked. its a shame. but yeah, the meat looks weird in most soups. i like those chunky soups but like i said, sodium. too bad there wasn't more time in a day to make everything by hand.you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..Comment

Trying to make chicken stock or even broth to begin with is pretty tedious. All sorts of stuff come out of the bones and meat that you had to skim off. But from what my aunt tells me, that crud in the stock may actually be the one that helps us get resistance against the cold.
