methinks it's a server-side enforced rule. if it doesn't tell you any error, it just won't show certain people online. (probably the first 200 buddies trillian sends a request to the aim server to be "watched" ...)

im not a big trillian fan
it kept crashing on me last year and it does this year blah anyways, what i did was copy the aim folder...brainless fix i guess. so now i can run two aim programs at once. one for friends and the other for work. on a plus for trillian i did manage to get over 500 buddies under one name
