We do payouts sometime before midnight (GMT -5) on Mondays.. This is only two days after the pay period ends

How do you figure it's 11 days when the period didn't end until September 2nd, which means the check would have been mailed September 4th or 5th. They're mailed from Canada so I don't think it's unreasonable that you wouldn't have received your check by now. FYI, we make payments every MONDAY before midnight GMT -6 (they're paid for last week now)
This means we make payments THE FIRST BUSINESS DAY after the pay period ends... not many other programs do this.. just another reason to use Webcams.com for your amateur and webcam trafficComment
