    Is the government itself in violation of 2257?

    I saw this story about a California comedianne who wanted to trademark the phrase "you cum like a girl", which was denied by the patent and trademark office because the word cum is "directly associated with degrading sexual acts,". In their response they used several images to back up their decision, WHICH CAN BE SEEN BY ANYONE (INCLUDING UNDERAGE CHILDREN) ON THEIR WEBSITE!!

    There are images there from CUMFIESTA.com and SPERMSHACK.com. Not sure if the gov't has their permission to use their images online, or if they have the 2257 documents to display the material.

    Somebody call the Atty General!

    I guess the good news is that at least they created links to the websites! Click on the Offc action outgoing link

                                          I actually got it from a news clipping service I subscribe to. I just thought it was funny to see porn offered from the governments website. I was particularly amazed that they included links to the sites.
