The photos being on Sleazy's server is not relevent to whether it was the right thing to do (except perhaps tangently, inasmuch as it facilitated No Carrier's wrongful posting of them).

Those photos were not placed on Scott's server for all of GFY to see.

If Scott left his house unlocked, and the photos were up on his monitor, would No Carrier have any more right to enter the house, and then post them online with malice aforethought?

I agree that this could have been avoided had Sleazy Dream not left the photos on his server, however that does not make No Carrier's action justifiable.
