Not neccessarily... the prostate is essentially the g-spot in the female, and stimulation of the prostate can cause INTENSE orgasms (what do you think gets stimulated when gay guys hump?). It's also another myth that a man has to have a hardon to orgasm. Orgasm also does NOT have to mean ejactulation (or even come with an erection) for a man. It is entirely possible for men to orgasm without cumming, and even have multiple orgasms (often with the help of prostate stimultation either through the perenium or from inside the anus). There are techniques for all of them, and I have witnessed men do all of the above (and helped too, I like to teach :)
