What is this editing equipment called?
I am looking for the item that you can put a DV tape into so you can encode it onto the PC without using the vx2000. I know my editor has one but I forgot what they are called. He told me don't use the vx2000 to encode to the PC if you are going to do it yourself because it will ruin the head by fast forwarding and rewinding so much. Any help is appreciated. thank you!
