State laws vary. Some states are off limits for shipping to i.e. Utah and a handful of others. Also, different laws apply for toys vs. dvds.
Suggest you look in the terms/conditions of the product fulfillment companies i.e. Effex Media for details. http://www.pornvideo.com/main.link/div/help/page/ship Each company has slightly different interpretations on shipping to some states; others are definite no-ship states.
