Lets see I sign up a client for hosting. He deals with me exclusively. I take care of all his issues. If he has a problem and he cant reach anyone guess what? He is going to call me. Now since you dont know what I do at split really other than Im not a tech in the data center guess what? Not to mention guess what? I have ssh on my sk3. So guess what? I can log into their box if I need to. Guess what else? I have everyones direct contacts in the company. So guess who can call and talk to anyone regardless of where they might be?

As far as people wanting me to die? Year real credible people there. GatorB and Minusoneshit. Two of the biggest wackos on the board. I pride myself on my attention to any customer or business contact I deal with. I have yet to not follow through with anything I promise a customer or contact.

Now im not the only one with an Sk3. Both Joel and Chris have them for their aim support on the site. They both live very close to the DC. How you can somehow make fun of alternate routes of communication for support is beyond me.

Sometimes, when I post here, I give myself a bad image. Its some stupid shit that goes on when you are posting on GFY. It's too easy to get sucked into the drama spotlight and it becomes sorta fun. I think you are right, however, I do know that he is a VERY good employee and does his work to customers high satisfaction levels. When he posts here, well, some people like him and some people dont. Not much I can do about that. I like him and our customers do to, which is what matters most importantly to me.

I do not bash 90% of hosts at all, I just call things as I see them and my views are based on the comments and experiences of the majority. In addition, I did not ever really bash on your hosting I just said you are like a joke and that is based on what many others say about you as well as my opinion after reading (laughing) at many of your spam posts.
