Getting an LLC or Inc done threw the Net.
Has anyone gotten a LLC or Inc done threw the internet? Is it the same as going to a lawyer? The price is a bigg difference. On the net you can get an LLC or Inc done for 45-65 dollars. And when going to a attorney it will cost 300-500. Get back to this.

These guys are great: http://www.incparadise.com/
By going with a lawyer, you get a more custom solution that might fit your needs better. Things like having a holding company, different types of shares etc.

I just looked at the price and its pretty crazy.. Because for 295 state filing fee and 95 just for them to do it.. I can go to a real attorney and get it done.

i wouldn't do it for $50... the state fee will be that or even more, plus the site should charge some fee. I think you can do it online, but don't go to the cheapest one.
