Not necessarily - if it went into a bad account, the 'bank' can't just take it out and say it's an 'error'. The person who got the money could very well say it's 'his' and then the bank would have to justify having done the 'withdrawal' whereas if the issuing bank calls it back it's a reversal.

Order an electron card, I've heard nothing but bad things about their ACH withdrawls (I suspect it may be Electracash vs ePassporte being the problem here though). I've only ever had one hiccup with my electron card, and while that was a major hiccup it was handled correctly and professionally.

No worries, I'll never use them again. But im not about to lay down for anyone. If they were doing everything they can I'd have my money already. This has been going on over a month. The only people defaming their business is them. For over 1 month I've dealt with nothing but contradictory statments and promises of getting my money. How long should I wait?

And again the amount isnt $200, thats just shaliza trying to lighten the situation. What we have here is someone trying to put focus anywhere but where the problem lies. She doesnt even comprehend her points and will argue them to the death even though numerous people have pointed out that she doesnt make sense.

And no they didnt refund the money. I raised hell for that to happen and then was told "its in your account just dont touch it". How the hell is that a refund?

This is about principle! Nothing more nothing less. I will get my money, one way or another I will get it.

I only deal with Keyser. I can't have bad customer serice when I am the one paying for the service. Keyser handles everything if you give him time.
Judging by this thread, I hope I never have to deal with Shaliza or do anything that actually makes her more money. She has NOT earned it as far as I can see.

I have been reading this and the reason I haven't posted is that Shaliza is handling this.

I apologize for giving you the wrong information I misunderstood Maeghen
when I talked to her, it is indeed your bank that deposited the transaction to the wrong account.
As a courtesy we deposited the money to your account even though we still
haven't received the money back from your bank.
You initiated another transfer on August 28th, we are currently waiting to
hear back from our ACH processor if this has been deposited.
You emailed me earlier today threatening to take this to the boards unless
we send you a check for all the money in your account, since I can't
authorize this I had to take this to my boss and ask if it is possible.
Less than 1 hour after you emailed me you decided to take this to the
boards and make this thread across multiple boards, without first trying to work with us to solve the situation.

I will keep you updated on the progress of your ACH withdrawal as soon as I have more information.
I won't go into any discussions on the boards and I won't post anymore in this thread, please email me if you have any comments regarding.

advice to epass, fire your technical department and rewrite your system from scatch.
I suspect there're plenty of logical flows in the current system, which make very difficult for anyone using it, including your customers and your employees.

She never mentioned the amount, she was trying to make light of the situation and direct attention else ware. But the amount was never the concern. Its the principle of the matter. I don't care who you are, I doubt anyone on this board would stand down and let a company screw them out of their money regardless of the dollar amount.

This wasn't some affiliate payment or something, I sold some domains and never got my money because epass has made a giant mess. I'm not rich, I'm just a regular guy trying to make a living. I live in one of the most expensive areas in the U.S. and for the last 6 months or so I've been shopping for my first loft/apartment. Every dollar counts!

If you went out to dinner and they overcharged your credit card for several hundred would you say "oh well, it was only a few hundred"? Or would you get the situation ironed out?

To me shaliza's responses are obvious and I'm not worried about people falling for it. I'm sure there are a handful of kids that are on this forum that can easily be swayed. But for the most part whether people post or not I think people are getting the point about this company.



By the way mr o still isnt responding to my email although he requested it.

people and companies fuck up all the time, and i am personally pissed at myself for wasting time reading this thread

ePassporte is a very good product, and if I had a $200 problem I would deal with ePassporte directly and strive to work things out

no where have I seen the folks from ePassporte be beligerent in any correspondence here, and I think some people on this board think too much of themselves

In this industry I have been ripped off by so many people to both small and large degrees and not once did any of them try as much as ePassporte has to resolve your issue.

This IMO is just a pile of shit waste of time thread by someone who hasnt a clue on how to resolve a poxy $200 issue without screaming like a baby

As I've said numerous times the amount isn't $200. Shaliza said that in an attempt to make a wisecrack and put the focus some where else than where it needs to be. But I could really care less about your opinion of me, I have my own principles.

Let me tell you guys something about wells fargo. I have a commercial account there, I have all my credit there, I have my loans there. I have meetings there a weekly basis with financial planners. I know their system pretty good.

1) Wells fargo's incoming wire system is fully automated. As long as electra cash didn't make a typo, it would have went to the correct account...

2) Its wells fargo's policy to return any wire sent to them in error, all they would have to do is simply call wells fargo and tell them that the funds went to the wrong account, they would resverse the wire within minutes...

It sounds like there was some other sort of problem, or electra cash made an error some where and doesn't want to admit it. Its pretty low to blame a customer for their mistakes.

He's said several times that it was more than that, $200 was a figure thrown out by Shaliza to diminish the importance of the matter. Regardless, would you feel the same way about him if the amoun was $20K? It doesn't matter how much it is, IT'S HIS FUCKING MONEY, for which he's been getting dicked around for over a month.

I think its illegal to post anyones account balance or dollar amount in their account. Or atleast extremely low,regardless of how much it is, it shouldn't matter.

And this is exactly what Wells has been telling me for the last month. They have no idea what Epass or Electracash is talking about. I must sound like a broken record repeating this stuff. But Epass and Electracash are sticking to their guns. I've banked with wells for 15 years without a problem. And now all of a sudden according to epass they've just decided to screw with me.

The messed up thing is that everyone in epass says something different. Keyser admitted that Electracash messed up and then retracted his statement when I made this post. He said that something like 15 days ago. So for 15 days he was thinking the same thing as me and then yesterday he realized it was my banks fault? Come on! And he's apparently their best rep!

Im still waiting on the status of my last withdrawal atempt! Since shaliza and keyser both said they'd check on it for me. The 7 days has come and gone again, so whats the new excuse?

Still no response, Keyser asks me to email him. I've emailed him 3 times since yesterday and still no reply! I also just noticed they put the money back into my epass account again!!! What the hell for I have no idea! Am I aloud to touch it this time keyser? Are you finally going to send me a check after my 20th request? An answer would be great!
