I held off the last week sending this last box because I found more tapes that*could* have been Skye property, but until I find the time to sit down and watch all of them I am not going to take a chance thay are or are not and have to ship another package.

yep, even though i stayed away from most of it... i agree a lot of it was one sided, i spoke with arika on the phone for a few earlier on and she said theres more to the story but we didnt go into details... im sure there was now.

the strange thing is the way he just dissapeared, it was like everything was all good... then after a few days of not really communicating he just dissapeared and appeared REALLY bitter at everyone

claiming we put him in the position he was in, when in fact it wasn't really that at all. he stepped up and offered to do every job he was given... he overloaded his plate and that isn't our fault

I even had another job for him lined up so that he could quit all of the other stuff and sit at his desk and not have to be 'on the go' filming. I wanted to give him another shot because i really thought he wasn't a bad guy but just doing his thing and dealing with his personal issues.... I cc'd all of his email accounts with the info and nothing bounced back, yet he claims he never got any of them.

then the shit started hitting the fan and he didnt care to return any calls or anything (this was months ago)... i finally managed to get him to send me all of the equipment he had of ours but for some reason he thinks because he filmed these shoots he has to hold on to these documents and videos

the docs/vids were the property of a company he was a part of that has since been dissolved (with his signature on the dissolution), there is no need for him to hold this, the assets are being sold to another company who will be responsible for everything

he has NOTHING to do with this anymore, he needs to just get me this shit and end this crap
