Google sues many legal sites in "Teen Porn Concepts"

A few days ago, our Google Adwords account has been suspended due to the promoting adult sites exploding "Teen Porn Concepts":

ExploitedBlackTeen.com (xescash.com, ccbill)
GirlsGoneWild.com (ggwcash.com, jettis)
FlavaMen.com (flavagold.com , ccbill)
TeenyBopperClub (trafficcashgold.com , paycom/ccbill)
Boy Ride (boyride.com , ccbill)
Baby Got Boobs (juggcash.com , paycom/ccbill)
Reel 18 (lightspeedcash.com, ccbill)
Amateur Allure (dhdmedia.com/allureсash.com , dhdmedia)

To be honest I'm getting shocked because:
1) We only reviewed those legal (I'm believe) sites.
2) Google have no definition of "Teen Porn Concepts".

That's odd, they simply refused to run my "teen concept" ad... No suing, no suspending...

I have spoken to them and the reply was something you could guess. It went something like this:

While your sites may comply with all applicable laws, we are using our own judgement. It's our site, and we aren't required to include anything we don't want to.

Kind of 'tough luck'. If you want to be in the "pay per right-side page inclusion" you have to comply

suing or not, its a fucked up thing how they look at the "teen porn"

5 years ago everyone was using "lolita" and it was fine, now they are slowly banning "teen"

No, maybe he was thinking I should sue fucking google when he was typing and typed sue instead of suspends. I know I could easily do that.

There is not definition of "Teen Porn Concepts" in their rules, but they already have the time to suspend our account without appealing chance. Damn, I never seen so worse reaction.

Show me court papers of a lawsuit. I can't see Google sueing anybody over this. To me, you're just pissed they suspended your account. In case you haven't noticed, Google is refraining from the teen niche as of lately, that doesn't equate to a lawsuit.

'Corporate censorship' is how the government circumvents the constitution and prevailing laws.

By working back room deals with large corps, the government can impose its censorship agenda using 'corporate policy' as the agent.

If you do biz with an enterprise, you willingly engage in their terms or don't do biz with them - even if their 'private' policies would never wash on a legal and constitutional landscape.

In exchange for these considerations like goofy aup rules, giving away search query databases, private phone records, bank wire transfer details, these corps enjoy priviledges like immunity from copyright violations, 2257 laws, et al.

Google doesn't sue. They just don't promote teen stuff to be safe from accusations.

Here is a response I got after emailing them regarding the denial of an ad.

Quote:
Hello X,

Thank you for your email regarding the disapproval of your ad. I apologize
for your confusion.

I'd like to clarify that besides prohibiting advertising for child
pornography, Google also does not permit ads promoting teen pornography or
other pornography that describes models who might be underage.

Examples include, but are not limited to, advertisements for 'teen xxx',
'teen porn', and 'school girl' pornography. Please note that Google
disallows this content despite the fact that a site may comply with
government regulations (including the posting of a disclaimer) surrounding
this kind of advertising.

To review the editorial and site guidelines in greater detail, please
visit this page:
http://adwords.google.com/support/bin/topic.py?topic=26

I hope this information helps clarify the reasons for the ad disapproval.

Sincerely,

The Google AdWords Team

Just Google saying, "WE can advertise adult (and take money from adwords advertisers), but we wont pay YOU to advertise adult via our adsense program."
