My TRAFFIC TIP is creating Yaoo Group and promote it on own sites...If You will publish here some content on regular basis Your group will grow pretty fast.

404 traffic is great.
Also especially for single girl sites get a blog up and make sure they use it everyday as a journal.
Link to a few other blogs and the traffic will come.
It also helps with retention to place a personality with the pics

Everyone now days has a blog. Write a posts with your url in it, and talk to blog owners. be niche specific. They get a post, and you get your url out there

1. Where are some decent sources to buy clips?

2. Does watermarking alone protect the clip enough? I assume you want to protect it so other webmasters don't use it for their commercial purposes, but not enough to prevent it from being passed around by surfers and at P2P sites.
