Establish a free university in the Philippines to help kids of poor families help themselves through a quality education. I would also help them get employment after graduation. Above all else, I would make it the focus of the school to teach the values of Independence, initiative, foresight, financial literacy and persistence.

Honestly, I would use GFY to more effectively educate and organize the industry on issues affecting us all, such as content piracy, government regulations, etc.

Creating an index of relevent posts/info on various subjects would be a great resource (instead of making people wade through tons of crap using the search function, which only works intermittently, to get to important and useful info).

- add a reputation system instead of this post count bullshit

- I'd make a "would you hit it" forum

- allow users to "pimp" their profiles like Myspace... mainly so they can spam the shit out of their programs and sites so they're not limited to a highly restricted sig. Also it would add a new market for sig whores... they could sell their profile skins like a sig.

- I might even add an instant messenger so we can drop ICQ

and a shout box in the header so there are way less useless threads
