WTF does it matter?
If someone links directly to your movie file then it burns your bandwidth and costs you money.

This fellow is linking to the gallery with the owners ads (sponsors banners) intact.
Extra traffic.

If I submit a gallery to a tgp & some other tgp links to that gallery it would benefit me - no?

Yes, may be you are right , but I never submit/convert Japanies traffic.

true enough. I guess someone might only submit to certain places they know converts & it would be bad if someone pumps tons of crappy traffic to your gallery.

Asian traffic in general can be pretty hard to convert and this guy didn't ASK to do it?! = shady at best.

Just redirect traffic that 's coming from that fucker site to your sponsor or to cj (better to cj, beacuse japan traffic is shitty)
