What I need:

1. 350 IP's over time. (Hopefully a decent price)
2. 2.4ghz~
3. 2GB ram
4. 500GB-1TB transfer
5. No setup fee (I hate setup fees)
6. Debian Linux

My price range -- $120 MAX for server (I dont need dick for storage/proc really, just need ram), and negotiable for IP's.

If your service is great, and you have decent IP space, this is something that will further into more than just a single dedicated server, and small bandwidth. If you have a decent price (i'm sure you'll hit me up regardless) send me an ICQ.

With 2 GB RAM I think you are dreaming. I could probably get you most of you want at that monthly price, but the RAM is going to force a setup fee.

When a host sells their servers and BW and ip's at cost or below it's only a matter of time before they realize how stupid they were and either fold up shop or raise prices or suffer in quality, or most likely go bankrupt. But hey you get what you pay for I guess.
