for the cleaner girls, check out the strip of ste-catherine between st-laurent and st-denis.
for the sketchier ones, look on Ontario St.

as for strip clubs, Amazones is very nice and classy, no contact tho. Once you're done there, head on upstairs to Picasso's for the best damn meal ever. Especially when you're drunk. I kid you not.
