it´s my second post at gfy but i am not a noob,i´ve lurked gfy for a long long while

i am searching for a investor who is willing to invest a bigger amount of money in a paysite/affiliate prog.
i have experience in online promotion and i do have the traffic to make it a killer site.
this year was a finacial disaster for me.
my server crashed when i was on vacation and 2 weeks later i´ve realized that i´ve lost traffic and joins. my host had no idea about the crash, it is a know host,he had many crashes this year.
now i am with adulteuhost which is by far the best hosting company where i was at. leo is da man ;) , one of the nicest guys i´ve ever meet online,dude,i owe you soooooo much.
i´ve become a dad too,all parents know what i am talking about. we have renovated our home and bought everything new for our baby.
well,back to biz,i am in need of a investor to launch a paysite and a affiliate program.
i have the right producer who will shoot high quality content (i need to clear if is high def content,i guess it is so).
the content is exclusive and extreme,i am planing to launch a "extreme throat fucking to facial" site.
i would need 25-30k dollars for the project.
the investment would be for 6 months and the payback would be $40k if you invest $30k.
this is a big amount and i am also considering to add partners to this project who want to buy in.
partners are not necessary cause it would be pain in ass to cleare payouts,rights and so on but i consider it.
i can also add few investors to this project which are willing to invest lower amounts,in this case i would need to wait till i collect the 25k-30k before we make a agreement and the deal.
well,long story,simple concept.
i have the traffic and guys who can vouche for me,i have allready invested about $12k in content.
