The difference between making money and making real money, is to have a team (such an outsourcing company/companies) to handle the grunt work so that you can FOCUS your talents and maximize time and cash flow.

I don't think outsourcing poses any threat to adult industry as described in OP. If there is a threat, then it's spammers and abusers who load their pages with exit consoles, spyware and viruses. Healthy competition doesn't hurt anybody, it's those who don't play fair that do.
