to all freelancer who worked in outsourcing company before...
i never had this chance to thank the outsourcing company who developed my skills... i've learned web designing and developing, photo editing and video editing from basic to advanced skills... isnt it great?? how they trained you and now you're using that skills and earning money on your own... with much bigger than your salary before when you were working with them and just earning $200??
now, for those freelancers who was an outsourcing employee and hated their ex outsourcing company... LETS THANK OUTSOURCING COMPANIES FOR OUR SKILLS! admit the fact they are the reason why you're enjoying right now as freelancer.. PS. i will not mention my ex-outsourcing company but i know they're reading this thread right now. So, thanks for the skills and experiences ... i have no regret or whatsoever ... just want to express my gratitude...

i'm not proud with the outsourcing company i came from ... i will not mention its company name but this company doesnt know how to remit tax, sss, philhealth and other things they deduct to the salaries of their poor employees... they are the reason why they have a lot of competitors now.

I need to thank outsourcing companies as well. After your people leave you guys, and they start for actual companies that care for them, like mine, they end up being the most loyal employees around.
