Andrew Fs From Ibill _ Read Here !!!!

Andrew, you came to GFY in this thread and promised to get webmasters paid: http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showth...=488965&page=1

I was one of the suckers, who thought: What the hell, maybe iīll get some of the money i never expected to get and I took your offer. That was back in early July or late June. I have had your Ibill buttons on 4 sites since then. You were supposed to pay me 1/3 of what was owed to me months ago.

At first i was sending decent traffic and made decent signups, you still didnīt pay me. I have stopped sending decent traffic and only made 4 signups on these sites this months - but the buttons are still there as agreed.

The last 2 months I have asked you week by week: When will the first payment be made and you keep feeding me bullshit about problems with your system and on and on and on... still no payment.

At this point you are not responding to my emails, the next payment is coming up in December and you are still one payment short.

Iīm not the only one you fucked with the so called "Settlement Agreements": http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?p=8694673

ANDREW FROM IBILL OR ANYONE FROM IBILL - WHEN WILL THE FIRST PAYMENT BE MADE IN THIS SETTLEMENT ?
(not that iīm expecting a reply)

TO ANYONE ELSE WHO SIGNED A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT: HAVE YOU BEEN PAID? IF YOU HAVE, GREAT FOR YOU. IF YOU HAVENīT BEEN PAID, GO FLUSH IT DOWN THE TOILET AND REMOVE THE IBILL LINKS FROM YOUR SITES.

Can't say I didn't try to warn you. I just hope others will start listening and stop sending any joins to iBill.

Would you have bought a ticket on the Titanic after it had struck the iceberg and was sinking just because some asswipe steward was assuring you the ship wasn't going down?

Ibill can still be a pretty cool company . but people are going to have to step up to the plate and start dropping ccbill and using ibill instead. That way they will be profitable enough to pay money that is owed. There are very few processors out there with the name and prestige of Ibill .. why not give it another try?

No offense but , did your mother drop you as a child ? or are you smoking crack ??

ANY company can be "a pretty cool company" if they steal your money then pay it back over a long period , so they can steal some more money..

If you walked into your bank and they said "sorry we spent your money buying other shit but if you put some more money in the bank we might let you have part of it. " does that sound in any way reasonable..

Anyone still sending 1 click to ibill ( including gfy ) is foolish and working with thieves.

EH?? What are you talking about?

A "cool company"?? The "name and prestige of iBill"??

Man.. no offense intended, but you seriously need to learn some shit. None of the above is remotely accurate.

true, since 1997 i've had a whole bunch of processors:

webcash, DMR, globill, ibill, and a couple others i can't remember.

ccbill may not be perfect---but they have NEVER missed a weekly payment in 8 years.

wow, someone else who remembers webcash
they were my first processor when i launched my first paysite...they went down shortly after that and almost killed me off for good.
the funny part was, about 4-5 months after that, they eventually did pay me everything they owed me

Hey look, what a surprise, another new name and contact at iBill. Yeah, I know, this guy can really help everyone.

You all saw their 10Q, you've read the posts, you see the ridiculous shills iBill sends out to the boards, you know their ownership, and you understand their scamming ways. For the couple of morons out their willing to give iBill a third or fourth chance, good luck. Everyone else realizes they are dead.

I just wish they would go down with some dignity...then again, that really isn't a quality iBill, or its ownership are familiar with.

I signed the agreement and was told that my first $5,000 would be sent over 2 months ago. I was actually told " it was sent out today". But, it was never received so I can't see how they sent it especially since it is the same banking info they send all my rebilling money to.

I am glad new people bought Ibill and I got a contract with them. If the orginal company would have gone out of business then we would have had never been paid. Since this new company bought Ibill and decided to keep the name and assume the debts, now we have someone with deep pockets to go after. And to make it easier for us to win a case against them, they signed a contract with us stating they will pay us all of the money owed before they bought the company. With this agreement it would be a slam dunk case and since the parent company has deep pockets I believe they will pay up if sued. I am giving them a few more weeks to make good then I will let my attorney handle it if I don't receive my first installment.

Will, sorry to burst your bubble, but new people did not buy iBill. It is owned by the same group of people who had them when they fucked you over. It was just a reverse merger between IBD and PHSL.

I haven't been following this too close but however the details were worked out it is still better now that new blood is involved. Ibill by itself could have just as easily went out of business like all of the other 3rd party companies did when they got in trouble. I still have a little hope i will get the money they owe me.

Pouring new blood into a cadaver has never worked in the past Will

"Names" are just that - the same hands are in control in the background.

By their own statement, they are deficient by around $14million net. Who knows the accuracy of this "optimistic" accounting statement? If account managers need to ask clients how much they are owed - fat chance of creditors being accurately recorded.

There is also plenty room for an "accounting shuffle" and including funds iBill have little chance of getting from others - including banks.

Any bank/individual who has the confidence to dump $14mill (assuming this iBill statement is remotely accurate!) into iBill, - seriously needs financial advice

There are reasons why folks just can't simply declare bankruptcy.
