You can find it easily. It's the sludge on othe bottom of every vat that is left after the real beer has been drained off. :1orglaugh :1orglaugh

Also Kokanee, Labatt Crystal (Ontario), Labatt Club (Manitoba), and locally micro-brewed "Fort Garry Ale" and "Ricurd's Red" are all beers I would class as best in the world.

Canada is known for a lot of good things.... 2 of which are hockey and beer.
Why? Because they go so goooood together.

Henry Weinhard's Blackberry Wheat, but I haven't been able to find it for years :(

It's been a long, sober journey...

Just to note.... Fosters is shit beer that no self respecting aussie would be caught dead drinking...

Try XXXX or VB for authentic aussie beer flavour....

Local Canadian Beer

Creemore Springs Lager

Won 1st prize for lagers 3 years in a row for north america......and comes in nice big bottles...for hot days or nights

You can find it in the US....but any american who tries canadian beer realizes the huge and if only benefit to living up here.....

Creemore rocks man! I love that stuff!

There are too many great beers out there to even list, much less put in a poll.

How about the worst beers? I'd have to start with....

Keystone
Hamms
Old Milwaukee
Milwaukee's Best

My dad used to drink "Dutch Treat" from the can... but I think that was just because he knew I wouldn't be pilfering any of that swill.

Heineken is my choice!

Becks is the worst beer I've ever tried.
Bought some and no one enjoyed it.

Worst "beer" - Tesco's Value Lager.

Anyone in the UK will know what I'm talking about - even worse than Budweiser (but only just)...

I still have the vision of not one, but TWO different New Orleans local guys who have BUSCH beer tattoos.

No clue.

Uncle Moe 06-19-2002 06:27 PM

mmmmm beeerr, i like Duff beer myself :glugglug

AcidMax 06-19-2002 06:41 PM

I love CANADIAN beer as it is much better than any american beer like Bud or Coors.

But I almost forgot to mention Dos Equis, which is another great beer. I drank this all the time in New Mexico.

Living on the canadian border in Detroit we get the best of both worlds (canadian and american beer), as well as casinos on either side of the border. Now tell me who wouldnt go to Canada to gamble when the US dollar is worth $1.60 there :)
