bro I soooo know how you feel. Buy as much gum as you possibly can, keep it with you at ALL TIMES, and try not to each too much (as far as portions are concernd)

thats not the one thats killing me..

its the one after the bowl of dank nugglets.

its almost second nature to light one up right after the bowl is cashed.

I know all these people suggest strong will & gum.

But what you need is a bottle of 0.25mg xanax from your doctor. And yes they will give you xanax for quitting smoking.

Only take it for 1-2 weeks & you should not get addicted. And only take one when you're REALLY losing it.

You probably need 3 a day for the first 3 days. 2 a day for 7 days. And one a day for 4 days. And you'll be off them. Thats how i quit.

Instead of just munching on candy and stuff, try some sugar free (for diabetics) lollipops. It's not a cigarette, but it won't make you fat and it's a closer motion to smoking than simply eating candy.
