    Canadian Forces firefights in Afghanistan(Video)

Here's a few good videos of the action in Afghanistan. I haven't seen them posted on here.

The guy behind the camera has some balls to film this stuff with all the bullets flying around.

Canadians have done nothing but peacekeeping since WWII. So if I hear one more person critize the Candian response to Iraq, I'm going to pull out my own AK-47. I am fully proud and completely appreciate our contribution to a war we never started. Every week here now we have a funeral for a soldier(s) who died in someone else's war. We should be proud of their accomplishment.

A few weeks ago we had a Taliban leader asking his former followers to stop fighting because he realized how moral and considerate the Canadian soldiers were ... he had anemia for years and the Canadians curied him of it.

We sent out soldiers there in green military fatigues, dispite the fact that the desert is beige. I am totally proud of what our limited forces have accomplished.

              Go Canada!

Afghanistan was everyone's war.. remember it was a joint venture from the start as the US had world support for Afghan because it was part of the real war aginst Terrorism. Iraq is a diffrent story, but don't say Afghan was someone elses war because it isn't now nor was it ever.

In a large way you are correct. I say that only because the USA started it, and here we are finishing it. In the very least we have the majority of the world behind this war, whereas with Iraq we would be lucky to have your own country (USA).

Everybody agrees that the Taliban shoud have been taken out completely. My only regret is that they weren't taken out before they destroyed those 3000 year old statues. There are few cultures were you can objectively lob a judgement at and have it stick true. But you know what? The Taliban were worthless stupid disgusing iron-fisted bastards. And I am one of those few people who believe that morality can be judged objectively. Call me a disciple of Ayn Rand. I don't care. All I can say is that that backwards country is now on the right path ..... praise be to "god" or whatever you feel is great..

Yea it really pissed me off when Bush pulled troops out of Afghan to go start Iraq.. I knew at that point that Afghan would end up getting forgotten and turn for the bad.

Pretty shitty really, but if for some reason if I had to go to war in Iraq or Afghan I'd pick Afghan because I feel that war at least serves a purpose.
