It's not all that complicated, but I paid Fuzebox to set up my NATS install. I have a very technical background but for the relatively low cost, I wanted to be sure. It was fairly cheap, even with him overlaying all the webdesign in to the templates. If you just want a quick and dirty config, I'm sure he'd do it pretty cheap.
