any of you ever had this before??
slightly elevated quarter-sized red patches of skin that can somewhat burn (on back / leg / neck)?
if so, what did it turn out to be? (this isn't for me btw  ) |

Are you talking about Rosacea? I have a few friends with that.
 It ranges from the above picture (kinda splotchy looking) to full-blown 'patches' of skin like that. Burning is quite a common symptom of it, as well as a little bit of swelling from time to time.
