Depending on the state, 1 If they have a .08 then 1 beer per hour will put you over the limit.

Keep in mind. 8 hours from bottle to throttle

then you must weight 800lbs man because a 12pack will definately put you over the limit unless your state has a BAC law of like .1-.2

It's .08 here; I weigh 250 pounds, 6'3". I can down a 12 pack w/o going over the limit lol, have before though I'm not much of a drinker by any stretch of the imagination.
