i wonder if dave, jay, conan, or craig k. would be any funnier on cable? miller is hilarious, but getting to say 'fuck, shit and cocksucker' while telling political jokes is nice advantage to have

Cussing makes them/him funnier?! How so?!?! A truely great comedian has no need for cussing. They can word things to illicit the laughs without the need to step down to the basement levels. Even Eddie Murphy figured that out and he has come a long way since he did, as did Roseanne.
BTW, Miller *used* to be funny... then he got too full of himself and takes himself far too literally. He needs to step back and re-examine himself and get back on track. Right now, he's about as funny as splinter in your finger. Stings abit and goes away when it's pulled out. (or the channel is changed)

I agree...how does gratuitous swearing make anyone funnier? It makes them sound like retards stuck in 6th grade.

I saw Dennis Miller on Leno,he was breaking it down...
