      like, what if you wanted to see if the stats in ccbill were the same as the one in the programs nats that you login to,, how often do you check yours..

              No your missing something I think, as I understand it nats shows ccbill as a possible processor in a cascade along with perhaps paycom, eurobill or any others to the program owner only.

              The affiliate webmaster whistleblower must have had direct knowledge of a rebilling account he made and saw 1 sale then 0 rebills for months on end. Then gets pissed for not being paid on rebills and contacts Nats to investigate.
