    Competing with the big boys?

I run some paysites on my own, pretty niche and I'm earning some good money from them. The conversions and rebills are good (about 1:100 and 50%) but I don't really have enough time to buy loads of partner accounts and submit galleries each day.

I'm looking to take things to the next level. I'm considering offering 70-75% revshare straight off the bat. Do you thing this would encourage webmasters to sign up. It wouldn't make much of a difference in small quantities, but if I was getting 100+ signups a day from affilliates it would make things worth my while. I'd be targeting the big TGPs and blogs, though I'd also open it to sites sending any amount of traffic.

What do you guys reckon? Any other bright ideas?

Stay with 60% dont go stupid and broke, you dont want affiliates to feel like you signed them up bait and switch style, I'd had that happen to me a few times. Unless your planning on running 70-75 forever)

Can you tell me your sites? I'm getting ready to launch a bunch of TGP's and looking for some new things as well.

Hit me up, this post is intresting because I'm in your boat.

Because I'm doing well out of it though my own promotion and natural traffic to the site. I just want to take it to the next level.

Why don't you just hire some people to do some of that work for you.. It will take a bit of work to get organized but once it's going you'll be happy you did it.

            For example: http://www.qualityhandsubmissions.com/
