            Thats certainly an important issue. Adding a disclaimer to your page which is good visible is needed, which states that someone has to be 18 years or older to use the service and automaticaly agrees to be 18 years or older when using the service.

            We are looking to find more options to handle this AV issue is a good way.
            As far as i know (in many countries) someone has to be 18 years or older to buy a mobile phone with a monthly payment plan, however this is not the case with prepaid plans.
