Well i've gotten a bunch of piercings in the past. Both my ear lobes, 2 cartaledges, and my tongue. My pain tollerance is pretty good! Mine didnt really hurt at all. I wouldnt recommend a barbell though, at least not right away, as that can make it really hard to clean for the first little bit.Comment

I hav mine done. (just 1) Guy that did it explained to me there are 3 points to pierce em. Apparently each point has its "sensativity" level & its "esthetic looks" level. (each also co-relates how much pain is involved) Mine was the "tweener" so looks good/feels good type of thing. It hurt at first but then it was fine. It was pretty sensative the first week or so, but after that its been fine. I like & it seems to be liked gettin rubbed the right way too lol.
I was told too that the nipple is one of the easiest parts to reject the peircing.. so good luck with it for ya!Jeffy B.

I have both nipples pierced and only the right one hurt. That's because I had it pierced a few years ago and took it out. I put some numbing cream about 3 minutes before they were pierced. There's also numbing cream that is much more stronger called Emla Cream - it's prescription though.
The first time I got my nipple pierced I used the Emla cream and didn't feel one thing. The second time, for both nipples, I think I used Lanacane. It isn't as strong as Elma, but it certainly helped the pain.
I love mine though - I can't imagine taking them out. Just make sure you clean it every day. Don't use Bactine or rubbing alcohol. Sea salt works best. There's this stuff called H2O for piercings. It doesn't last very long and can get expensive. It's all worth it though!

I have a few reasons only to pierce the one nipple. THe first being that if the one got infected or damaged in any way I could still breast feed with the other one. I had mine done a couple of years ago after I broke up with a girlfriend. It was my little rebellion for being couped up in a long term relationship for 5 years. Anyway, it was painful as fuck, but the girls liked it. Guys thought I was gay. I recently took them out though. Fun for a while, but got old.

I have 2 in each ear & my nipple & when I did my nipple I had re-pierced my eyebrow (that hurt like a BITCH not the first time, but the second time he popped through the skin that had regrown after it closing. You could actually hear the "pop") Im not jack or well defined so I figured just 1 on my skinny frame so I dont tip over ya know lol

Im leaning on getting a new tattoo now instead or I like point 2 point piercings or ive wanted to get an Apadravya piercing however I read that if this is done wrong you can actually bleed to death.. I kinda like living right now
