I dont know what drugs you are on but the cheaters tour http://cheaters.uncovered.com has not been chaged for 2 years.. and the reason it has not changed is that it converts as well now as it always did.

As for changing tours.. yesterday we started testing an alternative tour for Dogging Uncovered and sent a % of the our traffic to it. The tour tries to use the quality of the content to sell the site rather than a flashy reality type design that everyone uses. Heres the old tour http://dogging.uncovered.com and heres the test tour http://tour1.dogginguncovered.com

Which one do you think converts 25% better than the other?

Should we build tours to please the webmaster or tours to please the surfer? ;)

I confused the dogging tour and the cheaters tour. The dogging one is the one without the trailers. I am happy to hear that allready after a day the tour with trailers works great for you. Can I conclude ALL the Cash uncovered and Netpondcash will lose their trailers?

The new one?? The new one certainly loads a lot faster so wouldn't be surprised if that also effects conversions. Too many assume everyone has broadband.

Well all I can say is I get better ratios and bigger checks from NPC than many of the programs pushed by the loud mouths on here. Today is no different.

Sure some of you may be in a state of panic because your tgp traffic made no sales this week, but there are some of us who do the interweb thing full time who don't run around screaming "the sky is falling" everytime a sponsor does something we may not understand or like.

Thankyou for testing out tours with different options Aga, I'm glad you guys take the time to test out different options rather than just plaster up a tour and leave it.

We just experimented with one of our tours.. we will most probably incorporate trailers into this new tour.. and then probably offer both tours so people can choose which tour to send traffic to :)

Wow, remind me never to promote TrueCash. Real sign of class there, coming into a thread where an affiliate is having a problem with a sponsor and spamming their own shit. Twinkley, I honestly would have expected better of you than to join in on something like that.

Pornopat, for future reference... we real webmasters who don't blind the surfers with neon-green pages and pale-yellow background and size 7 comic sans font regard a "dead tour" as one that leads nowhere. Not one that has blind links in it, as MOST tours do.

Oh, and a hint... if no one gives a shit that you stop posting on a board for 3 months, then that should tell you something about your level of contribution to the board, not about the sponsor. But feel free to go whine about it here where the other self-obsessed kiddies play. Waaah.
