looks like the real site owners found it and removed it.. it was a very very simple spam page javascript redirect.
google's algos are not doing too well lately..
they're putting a ton of weight on the global trust of the domain.. so if you can manage to get a page on a .edu or similar, no matter where its at on the domain.. it ranks easily

That was obvious. Not something an educational institution wants....
Google seems all fucked up for me right now. Major loss in SERPs.
Google seems to be going through some sort of SE menopause right now. Maybe they'll pop back up. In the mean time, back to studying SEO...
A relatively new blog of mine got listed in the top 10 and top 20 for some decent terms last week that were very relative to my content. Started getting about 150 hits a day from it... then all the listing disappeared
Just to a look around at some keywords. Some results make sense, some seem fucked up. 404s on page one prolly means some serious blackhat players around or google is having algo problems????
