Spare yourself from gambling addiction and keep playing with play chips.

Poker is not a sport, and people are being ruined by the recent boost in the popularity of poker. Putting gambling on sports and entertainment channels (complete with celebrities) was brilliant for the people promoting gambling, but when I think of all the people whose lives they will destroy, it kind of pisses me off.

Just look at the odds - 89 people did not win. You got lucky, that's it. Next week, and for weeks thereafter, you may not be so lucky.

The casinos in Las Vegas did not get so big, and could not afford such bright lights, if they were not making a killing off of people that thought they could beat the odds against the pros who know how to tip the odds in their favor.

you can bet on...

Thanks for the warning but I'm a big boy. I will only play in the play money and freeroll tourneys for now

What does that mean?

They have freeroll tourneys that don't cost a thing.
But you can win real money. People make their own choices...I don't know of anyone who was forced to play with real money...Do you?

props but make sure you know the laws regarding promoting gambling related sites online so you can save yourself a lot of legal troubles in the coming years.

You won... play money chips?

I can win 60k "play money" chips in 12 minutes on any site... It's not exactly difficult, people play way differently when it is not their money.

Yeah but it's not even poker... If there's no personal risk to each player, most strategy goes right out the window.
