Because Thailand had such a huge epidemic before, they are WAY more equipped for HIV testing that any other country I have every been to. It is unreal how on top of shit they are there... blows USA and Europe out of the water. Without question.

AIM can not even get a test back faster than they can in some clinics / hospitals in Thailand. However, no test in any country is 100% accurate based on immediate results and that is good enough for the entire USA and Euro porn industry... good enough for all the content shooters all over the world... so what's the difference when someone does it for fun?
