Well, Level3, Verio, and the telcos (Att, Sprint, Worldcom) should be in pretty decent shape once they start re-couping all their build-out costs...

I think we will se more off those any time soon. I work mostly with mainstream and the marked is dry as a desert. There are werry few of the large companys that are actually making money. Most of them are puking out money faster the then thehun can drive his ferrari on the freeway in germany. They have been saved by emisjon's that have givem they liquid founds to stay running. But if any off the they run out dry now, the marked is to dry to gain any money in new emisjon's. I know at least 15 large scandinavian/european it companys that will have a real hard time if the marked don't turn
