I have to ask everyone, have you had problems getting your epassporte business account approved?
Here is the reason I am asking, I put in an account request about 2 weeks ago, got a message on their site saying that the business account would need approval. I can understand that, I had to go through hell to setup my business paypal account. Still I am servicing the adult market place for hosting, and a lot of my new customers would much rather pay me directly with their epassporte accounts. Again understandable. Yet I have been completely unable to get an account setup. I have sent several emails to them, and don't seems to get a response, I also see a lot of posts on GFY about them ripping people off. Now I am a small business really, family run, so I worry about a payment processor that doesn't return emails and that seems to be ripping off people's accounts. I also believe that customers are sometimes over reactiate, myself included. I also don't want to begin telling people how to run their business, because I have had my own issues as we have grown. Still I make it a point to get back to each of my customer personally when called to do so! My business is about personal attention, and figured that with the reactive manner of the adult market place, a business that seems to support such a large part of the community they would be faster to react to customer requests. I would do a lot of business with them, and have lost business because I can't process direct payments using their service. So I guess I want to find out who I can call to get results so that I can work on getting more business from those that use epassporte. Thanks, JoeW
