I don't, I'd rather have a sponsor just converting great consistently than some $100/signup day. Usually the ratios take a dive that day anyway.

So do these bonus things work? Do they get you to send more traffic than you normally would?

you have to have traffic to send it

yes gallery submitting will make you a webmaster

if its a higher payout for a whole month then maybe i'd switch sponsors, but for one day its not worth it.

Well it depends on how it's done. Cams.com offerd 105$ per sale in all of August. That was really cool and I actually managed to double my convertion rate this month...

But if it's just 100$ fridays or something it's not worth changing sponsors for..
