My place shows in the wrong corner of the block.
They also have all info about the house wrong, listed at half the actual square footage, missing 1 bath - 3 bedrooms and a family room.
They missed the appraised value by 65k as well

It's very cool. While the prices may not be exact all the time they give you a general idea of what to expect.

Hah, they have my house down as a 1000 sqft, it's 1700, the appraisel is 80k off by the appraisel I got 3 months ago

50 million dollar homes

it's a cool site but the way they calculate home values is only good in areas where there are lots of home sales.

For example I'm shopping for a home and Zillow pegs the home as being worth a full million more than it's really worth because very few homes sell in the area and their sq feet * $ per sq feet for the area formula uses some off numbers.

Way off in a few neighborhoods I checked. but in some the % off appears to be about the same from house to house.
