Being smart does not mean you study well.

The older I get the more I realize I don't know much about anything I thought I knew a lot about.

Not sure if that makes me dumb or not.

Smart is totally relative to what you're applying it to, so the answer is going to be totally different for different people. You can take someone who was raised on the streets and put them into a high end office environment, and if they can't read and write they might seem dumb. But take a high level exec and drop him in the Bronx, he'd be meat in about a minute, and all his "book smarts" wouldn't do him a bit of good. There's different kinds of smart, too. Book smart, life smart, intuitive smart. They can all be benifits or drawbacks given different situations. Myself I have a fair bit of "book smarts" because I spent a lot of time reading and researching, I have a lot of situations in which I can be smart, but again, it's relative. I'll go more with ModF's "well rounded"

I think I'm an idiot most of the time. I waste too much time here, reading GFY, when I should be doing something constructive. Maybe, I'm just more lazy than stupid... Time will tell. Actually, I'm bored. I've been doing this web stuff long enough to actually feel done with it. I find it hard to get motivated to do anything which could be, and most likely is the direct cause of my lazyness toward working. I need to find something that excites me, something that gets my blood boiling, something that will drive me into creating once again. I need to find something that helps me regain focus once again.

Untill then, Here I sit. A home studio stocked with a huge selection of some of the most extreme toys, and fucking machines. Surrounded by computers and stockpiles of photographic+video equipment and lighting, Boxes full of props and outfits and Years worth of content that I have not even felt like capturing off the original tapes. If that's stupid, then quoting from an older movie "Stupid is what stupid does"

I'm fairly smart with certain thins, but stupid when it comes to money.. I spend it like a stupid idiot.. One day I will learn haha

I consider myself smart in some fields and very stupid in others. I know my weaknesses.

I can say with certainty that I have been called both, but I am not afraid to say that I consider myself a smart person. I think I am smart because I like to learn and I crave knowledge and I think that it is only the people that don't try to learn or increase their general knowledgebase that are really stupid.

That said I have done some very stupid things which may offer evidence contrary to my aforementioned statement LoL
