No, the only thing that could hurt is maybe if he linked to you with like 10K links in one day.

In general though, no. Otherwise, it would be easy to get your rankings buy just linking to sites with bad pages.

They certianly don't hurt your rankings as soon as you don't link to them...you can get tons of links (but not that much, cuz it might look as spam) from bad sites... But as soon as you don't link to any you're clear.
