Playboy market cap is 300 million. Very small company compared to anything mainstream. Last quarter they had net losses of 3.3m from what I see in their SEC fillings.

Kinda like Danni Ashe, same deal just on a waaay larger scale and lots more content ownership.

To look at this as a basic Site + revenue + content deal is a very short sighted view.
