A friend of mine just sold his site that was only 4 months old for $350,000 to another mainstream company.

Yeah we have been offered decent money and are considering the sell. With these offers they want us to continue to operate the site for two years with of course a monthly salary. On top of the original sale price.

We prefer to just sell and walk away. But again if the numbers are right we'll maintain it for the buyer.
