How do you manage all your domains

I don't mean in the registrar, how do you manage it if you have hundreds or even thousands of domains?
I?m starting to find it a little bit confusing with all the domains and could do with a software solution, how do you guys manage this?

Had a quick look and did not see anything over there, I'm sure there must also be some server side software that can do it so pages could be updated through a management systems and you could even assign domains to a user level access also, this would be ideal for teams to work on domains too.

I?m going through some domains now that are just sat there and it?s a waste, rather than just a simple excel sheet I?m looking for something that can search by criteria also.

Yea i don't mean on registrars tho and or when they are expiring.

Something that profiles the domains, when you have a few hundred it's hard to remember what they are all doing and what you?re meant to be doing with them, like profiling them would be ideal.

I use phpads for a lot of the domains mixed in with good old fashion HTML. What I like about php pads is that I can go in and change my affiliate ads on the fly over and entire network. I only have 134 domains though. You can even use it for full page ads, html can be dropped in it etc.

As far as keeping up with domains check out http://www.domainpunch.com/products/wmdpro/

Also do a search on google for manage domains software

Yes something like that for all the domains and pages would be cool, but not a bad idea you have there

Man... I have the tool for you.

I have over 700 domains and I was running into the problem you're having. What domains have what on them, what are they promoting, and where in the hell are they at?

I had a script made to handle all of that and more. It organizes all of my domains and works perfect for this industry of using various sponsors but can easily include mainstream sponsors as well. For each domain I store the following information: domain address, keywords utilized, niche or niches the site is promoting, sponsor or sponsors the site is promoting, individual product (paysite) the site is promoting, location (i.e. hosting company), and also a notes section.

At any time I can click a button and instantly have access to all of my handjob related domains. Another click and I'll find all domains promoting Tug Jobs. Or maybe I want to put more emphasis into BangBrosOnline overall, so I click the BBO link and find myself with a full list of every domain I have promoting any BBO site.

Its saved me so much time and has kept my network much better organized.
