So anyway this is a not-for-profit site i run for local bar/club events in Rochester NY. The bars and clubs give us permission to take pictures, they even take the pictures and put them up on their sites as well.

Oh this is a 18+ bar as well. Aparently the girl is only 17 and used a fake ID to get into the bar.

We get these emails about once a month. they just go on with their lifes.
Honestly we do remove them if they approach us with respect and not out of the gate i'm going to sue you if you don't remove my picture kicking and screaming the entire way. Actully one of the photographers has been threatened by her boyfriend now to be careful while they are out shooting.

At first we had no idea who the girl was till we asked some other girls if they knew this girls name and they went through and found her in our gallaries.

I learned the hard way about that kind of thing... When I split up with my ex-wife, I got some bad advice from a lawyer's secretary (through a family member) and lost custody of my son.

Pay for a lawyer or take the pictures down.

first of all me personally I would take it down because she is 17 regardless if she is nude or not... is your business going to fail because of that one girl? chances are no.. so take it down and save face.. then she will remember how good you treated her then when she turns 18 she will trust you more than anyone else.. so your in like flynn...
